on thursday got tkd training
atticus also have triathalon training
he told me tat he cycled 80 km, swam 31 km
dunnoe he ran how many km on thursday

anyways, met him at e overhead bridge

re-learned pattern tat day

can only remember a little

then tat day sparred with some of the seniors

then on friday went for tkd outing
went to watch movie: nine
ok lah the movie :)

i did not play anything though bcos by then i alrdy very tired

then we went sakura to eat
coach treat us :D
eat halfway then very full le... =.=
dun feel like eating much...

i tink bcos e place very crowded
i dun like crowds
i prefer quiet places

hai mei seemed to be sick
i was worried bout her
told her drink water
she drank milo instead -.-
but later on she seems okay :)
hope she's ok :)

finish eating at 9 plus -.-
the place closes at 9.30 -.-
then some of them say wan to play pool
but very late le
so i need to get home

btw, atticus has a race tomorrow
on sunday
